WAIT TIME:  We understand how valuable your time is and strive to minimize your wait.

Non-Emergenciy Clients:  (20 minute rule)  To best serve you, we ask if you have been waiting longer than 20 minutes, you inform the receptionist.  They will take charge of your case, alert the appropriate doctor, keep you informed as to any further delays, and insure that your pet is evaluated as timely as possible.

Emergency Clients:  Like any human ER, our emergency patients are triaged with life threatening cases taking priority and non life threatening seen in the order of arrival.  We encourage you to check with a receptionist who will get an estimate on your eait time.  Immediatly see one of our staff if you perceive your pet's condition is deteriorating!

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:  Although we discourage owners from leaving behind their pet's personal belongings, we would never refuse your request to leave those belongings with your pet.  However, if you choose to leave behind any items, please realize they may be lost or damaged.  This is your choice to make as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item.
